About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of our store. This will include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting, and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with managing the store and its staff
* Provide exceptional customer service and train other team members
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
* Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial and operational data
