Role Opportunity
Client-side Lead Piping Engineer opportunity with a leading lithium producer. This site-based role operates on 5 days on, 2 days off DIDO roster to the Greenbushes site in Western Australia.
The Lead Piping Engineer will provide technical leadership and oversight of piping and infrastructure activities on site, ensuring robust governance and high-quality delivery across projects.

* Opportunity for a SME - Piping to provide technical leadership and governance across all Piping related engineering activities for the site.
Qualifications & Skills
* Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering
* 10+ years' experience in mechanical engineering, ideally within brownfield project environments
* Background in mining or mineral processing operations, strong client-side experience
* Experience in slurry systems including ore, tailings, and concentrate pipelines.
* Proven capability across process, raw, and reclaim water networks, as well as reagent services including acids, caustic, and flotation chemicals.
* Strong background in utilities integration including compressed air, firewater systems, dewatering, and site-wide drainage networks.
* Experience leading and managing small engineering teams
* Excellent communication and technical writing skills
* Sound understanding of mine safety legislation and HSE management systems
Duties & Responsibilities
* Delivering large-scale mineral processing and infrastructure projects, with a focus on:
* Slurry lines (ore, tailings, concentrate)
* Process water, raw water, reclaim water
* Reagents, compressed air and services
* Firewater and utilities
* Dewatering and drainage
