Join us as a Service Concierge and help us achieve excellence — for our clients, our business & brand partners, and your rewarding career.About the RoleAs a Service Concierge at Wollongong Mazda, you will be the face & voice of our Service Department, ensuring every customer who walks through our doors receives outstanding care.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:Provide outstanding customer service, by meeting and greeting customers on their arrival.Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasingAddressing customer enquiries; offering assistance or directing them as needed in a professional mannerLiaising with our Service Advisors and workshop staff to understand and communicate customer needs and updatesEnsuring all customers receive the highest standard of service.Our Ideal Candidate:The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customersHave a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and satisfactionThe highest possible standard of customer service skills.Willingness to go above and beyond in the pursuit of customer satisfaction.The ability to maintain composure under pressure.Current Driver's License.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.If you think you have what it takes, apply now!
