About the Role

Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior retail management position, preferably with a high-volume fashion retailer.
* Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
* Knowledge of visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement best practices.
