Job Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver sales and profit targets by executing pricing strategies and building relationships with key customers across various channels.
* Enhance the portfolio through effective distribution, activation, and visibility.
* Negotiate promotions and displays at a store level to increase share of space and visibility of WG&S brands.
* Manage call cycles effectively to maximise productivity, covering key customers locally and regionally.
* Record and maintain real-time data via the company's Customer Relation Management system.
* Submit all reporting, expenses, Customer Relations Management, and admin requirements within deadlines.
* Compile a monthly report detailing achievements, market intelligence, challenges, and work plan.
* Manage trade/brand spend and operating costs in line with operational guidelines.
* Develop tailored proposals/recommendations to drive new opportunities for customers and the portfolio.
* Activate and analyse promotion/activation activity, sharing information/learning's across the business.
