About the role An exciting opportunity is available for a Part Time Boutique Manager to lead a brand-new North Adelaide location, opening May 2026. This role is perfect for a polished, customer-focused leader who thrives in an intimate boutique environment and takes pride in delivering highly personalised, memorable styling experiences. Working across a flexible part-time roster, you will take ownership of the boutique, managing day-to-day operations while creating a warm, elevated space for clients during one of their most special purchases. What you will do Lead the boutique with a strong focus on personalised styling and exceptional customer experience Drive sales performance through appointments, conversion, and client engagement Build meaningful relationships with brides and clients, creating memorable in-store experiences Manage daily operations including appointments, store presentation, and administration Maintain premium visual standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand identity Take ownership of store performance and contribute to future team growth What you will bring Previous retail leadership or senior sales experience, ideally within fashion A natural ability to connect with clients and deliver high-touch, personalised service Confidence working in a one-on-one appointment-based environment Strong sales capability with a focus on conversion and results High level of organisation and ability to manage a boutique independently Flexibility to accommodate client appointments, including occasional later finishes What's in it for you $75K Super ( Pro-Rata based on 38 hours) Weekly stylist commission Additional weekly manager bonus based on performance Flexible roster with consistent days across Thursday to Saturday Opportunity to lead a brand-new boutique and make it your own Training and onboarding, including interstate training experience Weekly pay structure If you love styling, thrive in a premium boutique environment, and want to be part of a growing global brand in the bridal space, this is a rare opportunity to step into something special.
