We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, hands-on, and highly organised Packing Team Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, enjoys leading from the front, and takes pride in delivering accuracy and efficiency.
As a key member of our operations team, you will support the day-to-day running of our dry lab and packing functions, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead and motivate a small team, drive performance against KPIs, and help streamline processes to support our continued growth.
About Us
Leading Image Resource Centre are the leaders in School Photography printing, data entry, production, packing, dispatch and photoshop. We're the back-of-house support to our National School Photographers and Sales teams.
Our central production hub is focused on delivering a streamlined, efficient digital lab producing quality products and services to our branches Australia wide.
Your New Role
Playing a valued part in our operations in Murarrie, this full-time position will be required to work during a Monday to Friday week.
What do we need from you?

* Proven experience in data entry, packing/dispatch is an advantage. However, all necessary skills can be taught for the right candidate
* Pack customer orders while leading the team to consistently meet and exceed packing KPIs
* Accurately enter order details into our system, ensuring all information is correct before dispatch
* Cross-check packing lists against system data to prevent errors
* Maintain detailed shipping records and update tracking information
* Liaise with couriers to ensure timely deliveries
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders before dispatch
* Conduct quality control by verifying that packing items match customer specifications
* Support management with administrative tasks and process improvements
What we are looking for:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing/dispatch
* Experience in dispatch, logistics or order processing is an advantage
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using computer systems and data bases
* Strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities
* A team player with good communication skills
