Role Overview
We’re looking for a proven sales hunter who thrives on self‑generated pipeline and crushing targets. You need a target, autonomy, and a generous commission structure that rewards performance.
Your Mission
Generate consistent, high‑value clients through systematic outbound prospecting. Build relationships with decision‑makers in businesses aligned with our Ideal Client Profiles. Close contracts (12‑month or month‑to‑month), hand off to fulfillment and repeat.
Your Day‑to‑Day
- Systematic prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email.
- 3–4+ qualified discovery/pitch meetings daily with decision‑makers.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and negotiations.
- Close high‑value service contracts with qualified prospects.
- Work extended hours to catch business owners when they’re available.
- Track and report on pipeline health and sales performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prospecting, lead generation and booking meetings with decision‑makers.
- Identify and target potential clients, build relationships and communicate value effectively.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and conduct virtual meetings with prospects.
- Close high‑value service contracts and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on deal strategy and pricing.
- Provide clean handovers to Account Management team post‑sale.
- Track sales performance and report on pipeline health and KPIs.

Requirements
- 2+ years proven B2B sales experience selling high‑ticket services (annual contract value $30k+).
- Strong track record of consistently meeting/exceeding targets through self‑generated pipeline.
- End‑to‑end sales ownership – closed deals from cold outreach to signed contract with zero hand‑holding.
- Hunter DNA – thrives on prospecting, not order‑taking.
- Long‑term contract experience – sold consultative partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills – can hold a conversation with a CFO or a tradie and adjust pitch accordingly.
- Resilience and self‑motivation – no need for daily pep talks.
