Facilities Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site, including coordinating and managing facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.

* This is a part-time role with 3 days per week, allowing for a balance between work and personal life.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Facilities Management, property or related roles, and will be confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively. They must also be dedicated to a customer-centric approach to all tasks and possess strong people skills.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
2. Perform facility inspections, quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations.
3. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
4. Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
5. Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures.
6. Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
7. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with company values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
8. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.


Requirements:

* Previous experience in Facilities Management, property or related role.
* Confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively.
* Dedicated to a customer-centric approach to all tasks.
* Enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills.
* Able to think quickly on their feet and problem-solve.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office and FM-related software.
