About the role and you
The General Manager - TEAMS is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of SEG's two basketball teams and one netball team. Working closely with each General Manager, this role oversees strategic plans & implementation, high performance recruitment, club budgets, customer fan build and drives community engagement. The GM provides visionary leadership to strengthen the teams' competitive position utilising the SEN business, enhance brand reputation, and deliver long-term growth and sustainability.
The ideal candidate we are looking for will have:
