Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain motel units, hotel rooms, and communal areas to meet the highest standards.
* Follow daily housekeeping checklists and cleaning schedules to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor to prevent further problems.
* Replenish guest amenities and restock supplies as needed to maintain a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests.
* Assist in maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of the venue by participating in regular deep cleans and presenting ideas for improvements.
* Follow Workplace Health and Safety procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
* Support other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum 12 month experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role with proven ability to deliver exceptional results.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to effectively collaborate with colleagues and guests.
* Strong attention to detail – you notice and correct any minor issues before they become major problems.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
* Reliability, time management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work at all times.
