Pay & Hours
* Pay Rates $37 per hour + superannuation
* 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
You will provide a high level of customer service and will be required to interact with customers and provide support for general enquiries and assist where needed.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism
* Answer general enquiries and support with complaints
* Assist with payment queries including payment of invoices or payment plans
* Navigate through multiple screens and programs whilst being on the phone
* Undertake information and records management processes, updates and reviews
About you
* Professional phone manner
* Able to remain calm when handling sensitive situations
Requirements
* Available to start within 1 week
* A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within the last 12 months is MANDATORY to be considered for this role.
Please note: This role is based in an inner-southern suburb, public transport may be difficult.
