Are you up for the challenge?
We are currently seeking to recruit a Testing and Commissioning Supervisor to lead and manage our Testers in the execution of onsite testing, and to support the Testing and Commissioning Manager. The Testing and Commissioning Supervisor will liaise between the Construction and Testing and Commissioning team to manage onsite issues.
**Responsibilities of the role include**:
Lead a test team to perform day-to-day testing of Signalling systems including:
- Conventional Signalling
- Train Control
- CBTC
- Other rail systems
Other responsibilities include:
- Oversee testing resources (including subcontractors)
- Reporting on testing progress and escalating issues
- Complete testing procedures and associated documentation (marked up Test Copies, C/TC, etc.)
- Provide input to Testing & Commissioning Plans
- Provide input to Testing & Commissioning Work Programs
- Co-ordinate and supervise pre-testing activities both in the factory and on site
- Development and management of Testing Resource Rosters
- Management of tester training, competency and skills
- Develop and maintain Tester safety documentation (SWMS, TRAs, etc)
- Management of testing tools and equipment
- Complete QA and testing documentation as directed by Commissioning Manager
- Assisting with development of testing and commissioning delivery strategy
**To be successful in this key role, you must have**:
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent work experience
4 years of work experience in construction industry as a minimum
