About This Role
This senior nursing position is responsible for overseeing clinical services during off-peak hours, with a focus on providing coordinated care and promoting safe practice.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient care.
* Coordinate bed allocation and staffing to meet the needs of each admission.
* Promote quality improvement by actively participating in the review and development of relevant administrative policies and procedures.
