CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER
Manage the customer service department, on a daily basis. The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible to ensure that all tasks associated with the Customer Service Team are performed within the required time frame.
What you will doing:
* Direct customer service point of contact for customers, resolution of day-to-day administration duties within the customer service team.
* Provide a high level of customer service for all customer service enquiries by providing timely and accurate solutions
* Efficiently plan and schedule freight coordination. Liaise with shoreside operational teams (Darwin, Gove and Groote depots and Freight Agents) and Marine teams
* Managing incoming enquiries over the phone and emails, including enquiries from Sugar CRM and overseeing Customer Support team's workload
* Managing schedule updates on the company website, and handling customer notifications distribution via mail chimp when required.
* Providing ongoing training to Customer Support team members
What we ideally require from you:
* Demonstrated extensive experience with customer service interaction
* Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer skills
* The maintenance of a current open driver's license is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Well-developed customer service skills.
* Work planning and time management skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Quick learner with a positive attitude to life
