* Overseeing the performance, reliability and lifecycle of specialised laboratory and genomics equipment
* Executing preventative maintenance programs, calibration checks and system upgrades
* Rapidly diagnosing system faults and delivering practical, efficient solutions
* Acting as the technical bridge between laboratory users and international support teams
* Managing critical spare parts and supplier relationships to ensure operational continuity
* Producing clear, structured technical documentation aligned with accreditation and audit frameworks
* Conducting routine operational reviews to optimise equipment efficiency and uptime
* Supporting site logistics and inventory management activities as required
