The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. While experience in litigation is preferred, it is not essential. In this role, you will work closely with our lawyers on a variety of complex matters, developing your legal skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and preparing legal correspondence, court documents, and briefs.
• Assisting with case preparation, including research and document management.
• Liaising with clients, barristers, and other stakeholders.
• Managing court filings and deadlines.
• Handling administrative tasks associated with litigation matters.
• Supporting the team with trial preparation and legal proceedings.
About You
• Minimum 12 months of experience as a paralegal (litigation experience preferred).
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A proactive and adaptable work ethic.
• Experience with time recording and structuring workloads effectively.
