The Role:
Join our team of Motivated Personal Trainers at our Morayfield location.
As a Fitness Cartel Australia Personal Trainer, you're an integral part of the team, responsible for member engagement. You'll make members feel welcome, motivating, inspiring, and guiding them through their fitness journey. You'll work as a Sub-Contractor within our facility, creating your own hours and growing your business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create personalized health and fitness programs & deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions.
* Build and manage a client base with warm leads provided.
* Participate in Transform8 – Our 8-week challenge where PTs participate in group classes, gaining direct exposure to members and potential clients.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid/CPR certification, ABN, and Insurance.
* A strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
* High energy, charisma, and communication skills to engage and motivate members.
