About The Client
Our client is a leading waste management company based in Salisbury, committed to providing efficient and reliable services to their community. With a strong focus on teamwork and safety, they are looking for experienced and dependable General Hands to join their crew.
What You Will Be Doing
Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced General Hand to join their team in Salisbury in a long-term role. The successful applicant will be required to work 6am-2pm Monday-Friday plus overtime & Saturdays as required. The worksite does not operate during school holidays so please consider this when applying.
In This Position You Will Be
* Assisting with waste collection alongside a rear compactor truck.
* Collecting green or hard waste from designated areas.
* Performing general labouring duties as required.
* Ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
What You Will Need
* Previous experience in a general labouring role or similar position.
* A strong work ethic and a reliable, punctual attitude.
* Physical fitness to handle the demands of manual labour.
* Safety awareness and the ability to follow workplace protocols.
* Ability to work overtime & Saturdays as required
* Drivers Licence & reliable transport
