Skilled AP Officer needed for a temp to perm requirement in Western Suburbs!
The role is high volume and very fast paced with continued growth expected across the business so while you will be working alongside one other, it will be essential that you are comfortable managing a busy workload and work well autonomously to meet the demanding deadlines.
Reporting into the AP Supervisor, the duties will include:
- High volume data entry of invoices in the system accurately
- 3-way matching process
- Preparing weekly payments
- Processing staff expense reimbursements as well as credit card transactions
- Reconcile subcontractor payments and supplier statements
- Handle any queries that arise efficiently
- Maintain the accounts payable inbox daily
Our client is after a highly organised, reliable and enthusiastic AP Officer who has a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills as well as a team player attitude. You will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a similar environment, ideally within the mining or construction world and have had exposure to SAP or Pronto.
