Gardening Assistant - Hervey Bay / Maryborough

We serve clients across Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast, and the Wide Bay Region, providing in-home care and support.
We are looking for caring, client-focused individuals passionate about the care industry. Our roles are varied and offer opportunities to develop new skills in different environments.

We seek a dedicated Gardener / Lawnmower to provide respectful, high-quality services that help clients maintain independence and live empowered lives at home.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
* Passion for empowering and caring for others with respect
* Compassion and respect for clients, including seniors and individuals with disabilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team
* Good time management and organizational skills
* Experience with gardening equipment maintenance and repair
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Lawn mowing and whipper snipping
* Weeding
* Basic handyman tasks
* Vehicle upkeep
* Transport assistance when needed
This role involves servicing clients in the Hervey Bay and Maryborough areas.
Qualifications:
* National Police check
* Blue Card
* First Aid & CPR certification
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Care (advantageous but not essential)
