The Position : We are seeking experienced and hands-on FIFO Team Leaders and Supervisors to join our remote site teams.
These roles are ideal for individuals looking to step up from frontline positions or bring prior FIFO experience in a supervisory capacity.
Cleaning Supervisor: Lead and allocate daily cleaning tasks, providing hands-on support where required.
Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring compliance with company policies, HSEQ standards, and contractual cleaning requirements.
Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards of presentation and service.
Manage rosters and support scheduling and team development.
Catering Supervisor: Lead catering staff to ensure high standards in food production and service.
Allocate tasks, assist with training, and promote team development.
Maintain safe, hygienic kitchen and dining areas in line with food safety regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Bar Supervisor: Supervise bar staff, maintaining safe and efficient service.
Manage rosters, allocate tasks, and support team development.
Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with stock management and cash handling.
Administration Supervisor: Oversee daily administration operations across site, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks.
Supervise and support admin officers, providing training, guidance, and performance oversight.
Manage flight manifests, room allocations, onboarding documentation, and site access processes.
Coordinate daily reporting, compliance documentation, and communication between site departments.
Maintain accurate records, manage data entry, and ensure confidentiality of employee and operational information.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve queries and support smooth site operations.
The Person: Previous experience in Cleaning, Catering, Bar, or Administration supervision is essential.
Proven ability to lead a small team while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Reliable, proactive, and able to step up when required.
FIFO experience is highly regarded but not essential.
