**THE ROLE**
We are in search of a Property Manager with a strong commitment to providing effective, meticulously organized, and punctual property leasing and management services. As a valued member of our team, your role will involve overseeing the streamlined operation of all facets within your portfolio. Your focus will be on upholding a standard of best in class service delivery, fostering innovation, and strategic planning. Your pivotal contribution will involve safeguarding and enhancing value through the optimization of long-term sustainable revenue streams.

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities. You will work across a premium asset with high-profile tenancies. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing lease-related issues and overseeing operational matters.
- Foster robust relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular tenancy inspections, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain accurate tenant contact records.
- Support tenancy works processes, including approvals and compliance management.
- Assist in negotiating and preparing offers and contract documentation.
- Proactively handle lease and financial obligations to ensure sustained revenue growth.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Cultivate a safety-focused culture by managing risks and implementing controls.
- Coordinate emergency procedures and safety plans for tenants collaboratively.
- Provide valuable insights for portfolio reviews, contribute to business improvement initiatives, and suggest system enhancements.
- Offer general portfolio and organizational support as required.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Completion of your agent's representative certificate or licence.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in business, commerce, project/asset management, or a related field.
- Possess 3-5 years or more of experience in business, property/leasing/asset management, or operations, providing a valuable advantage.
- Demonstrate the ability to cultivate long-term relationships and negotiate successful outcomes in a tenant-facing property leasing role.
- Showcase knowledge of property law, valuation, contract law, and property practices and principles.
- Support the Asset Manager in tasks such as business planning, budget development, and business case development.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including the Property Development and Facilities Management teams.
- Demonstrate effective communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders, particularly on sensitive and commercial issues.
