About the Role 
This position works within our Positive Culture Team and supports students and their families to successfully engage in school. The position reports to the Head of Department - Positive Culture.
**The role includes**:
- Participating as an active member of the Positive Culture Team 
- Developing strong partnerships with families and students who are disengaged from learning, dysregulated and/or high level of social emotional needs. 
- Contributing to case meetings 
- Developing, implementing and reviewing support programs 
- Maintaining data bases and accurate record keeping in line with school process 
- Provide alternate play options e.g supported plan and RISE room 
- Liaising with students, families and teachers to promote social emotional wellbeing for all students 
- Supporting students and teachers to adopt Zones of Regulation strategies in class
