Your Opportunity: With a focus on capital grants management and business improvement, the team provides strategic advice, program management and administration services ensuring outcomes align with strategic objectives. As the Principal Program Officer, you will: * Lead business improvement activities by analysing and evaluating grant management practices, processes, tools and resources. * Provide advice on the development of appropriate methodologies, metrics and data sets, management systems and processes required to effectively manage and implement the grants management ecosystem. * Administer and monitor priority program frameworks. * Oversee contract, financial, and records management activities for funding agreements. * Coordinate program activities and initiatives, contributing to the development of major briefings, reports, submissions and advice for senior management regarding the key objectives of the program * Provide high-level advice to key internal and external stakeholders and client groups. * Liaise and negotiate with diverse stakeholder groups across various agencies. Key Deliverables: * Complete policy reviews and implement any changes to assessment criteria * Oversight of Go for Gold non-state schools, including risk management, regional engagement and reporting. * Develop best practice guidelines and strengthen quality data controls About You: It would be highly desirable to have the following skills and experience: * Experienced in program or grants management, with a strong understanding of funding frameworks and the political reporting environment * Inquisitive and analytical with strong attention to detail * Able to translate ideas into actionable recommendations * Strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders * Excellent written and verbal communication, including briefings, reports, and submissions Interested?
