As the strategic lead behind our incursions, excursions, and signature programs, you'll shape experiences that families trust and children remember — all while driving operational excellence and commercial impact across Junior Adventures Group.
Your Mission As our events and programs expert, you'll own the full lifecycle — from concept to execution — ensuring every experience is seamless, safe, and unforgettable.
You'll bring structure, creativity, and a steady hand to a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and agility is essential.
What You'll Lead Design and deliver high-impact excursions and programs that spark curiosity, joy, and lasting memories.
Engage, negotiate, and manage external partners — from sports providers to entertainment specialists — ensuring quality, value, and reliability.
Collaborate with marketing to develop innovative take-home activities that delight families and elevate our brand.
Build and execute strategic program roadmaps, balancing creativity with operational and commercial goals.
Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing to bring bold ideas to life.
Use data and feedback to refine programs, improve outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
Align programming with national events and local school needs, ensuring relevance and impact.
Support safety and risk assessments, ensuring every experience meets compliance and safeguarding standards.
Negotiate with commercial partners to secure value, differentiation, and long-term relationships.

What You'll Bring Extensive experience in program, event, or project management — ideally in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
Exceptional planning, coordination, and execution skills, with the resilience to pivot quickly when plans change.
Proven ability to source, negotiate, and manage suppliers with confidence.
Strong data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capability .
Qualifications in events, business, marketing, or related fields (advantageous).
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the backbone to lead with clarity, confidence, and calm.
