Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial and domestic clients.
- Provide tailored insurance solutions and advice.
- Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication.
- Oversee renewals, endorsements, and claims processes.
- Identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
About You
- Previous experience in an Account Manager or similar insurance role.
- Tier 1
- Solid technical knowledge across multiple insurance classes.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
