We need dedicated Palliative Care Nurses like you to join our team to provide the best palliative care possible.
Are you a Registered Nurse with at least two years nursing experience with a passion to deliver exceptional Palliative care?
72 hours per fortnight 0.9 FTE For this role you will have the flexibility to cover over 7 days per week, days and evenings (shift work will attract penalty rates).
Night shifts will be on an occasional basis.
In addition to an extensive orientation and education program, you will have the opportunity to work as a part of an interdisciplinary team providing palliative care within the community.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be an experienced, multi-skilled Nurse.
Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients.
