Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is a leading healthcare provider serving the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow regions. Job Opportunity

We are seeking a General Clerk for a permanent part-time role at Lithgow Hospital, working 16 hours per week. The role involves front-line reception and clerical duties, including handling calls and inquiries with a customer-focused approach.

Role Requirements

* Ability to work independently and in teams, adapting to changing environments
* Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in high-demand settings
* Accurate data entry, including patient registration and data collection
* Effective communication within multidisciplinary teams and with various individuals
* Previous front-line customer service experience in health settings
