Program Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team across up to three locations, focusing on the program in accordance with policies, procedures, and values.
2. Culture Development: Develop a culture of empowerment, mentorship, and support for the team of professionals, prioritizing their wellbeing and safety.
3. Service Delivery: Oversee service delivery within the framework to ensure high quality, reducing the impact of behaviours on people with dementia, their carers, and staff.
4. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with other Program Managers to meet broader needs and contribute to deliverables. Ensure timely referral allocation to appropriate staff in line with KPIs. Report regularly on staff performance, service quality, and operational issues.
Requirements
