POSITION – Service Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day aspects of the centre's operations and provide leadership to ensure the provision of high-quality education and care in line with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
In order to do this, the Service Manager will;
Build and develop a leadership team within the centre to develop, deliver and monitor quality curriculum consistent with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Provide inspirational and professional leadership to build a culture of staff engagement and teamwork.
Encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
Work with your team to plan for your centre's future, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.
Act as a change agent to effectively lead and manage change.
Maintain effective communication channels with leadership, staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Coordinate the childcare centre by allocating tasks appropriately across the team to ensure that the centre operates effectively and efficiently, including staff rostering within legislative and budgetary requirements.
Maintain current professional knowledge and awareness of contemporary Early Childhood Education and Care practice, awareness of current trends and evidence-based practices to ensure quality service delivery

Willing to serve as the Nominated Supervisor.
Diploma or degree in Teaching or Early Childhood Education with significant experience.
Current and valid (or willing to obtain); Working with Children Check, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates.
highly desirable and well-regarded.
Experience in leading a team of at least 10 or more.
Experience in the development and delivery of training.
Experience in the recruitment and training of prospective staff.
