About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised and community‐minded Community Concierge to join our client in a full‐time, on‐site role based at a residential lifestyle community in Officer. This key front‐facing position supports day‐to‐day operations while helping to create a welcoming and engaging environment for residents and visitors. Working closely with the Community Manager, the concierge will assist with resident enquiries, coordinate community activities and events, and ensure communal spaces are well presented and maintained. This is a full‐time role, ideally suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a community‐focused environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. It is a temporary position with the view to go permanent.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and guests
* Provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
* Support day‐to‐day community operations and front‐of‐house functions
* Assist with resident enquiries, requests, and issue resolution
* Coordinate community events, activities and engagement initiatives
* Assist with preparation and distribution of newsletters, notices, and communications
* Maintain accurate resident records, booking systems, and basic administration
* Support facility bookings and calendar coordination
* Monitor communal areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well presented
* Report maintenance issues to the Community Manager as required
* Support compliance with community procedures and operational standards

You are a warm, approachable and organised individual who enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive community environment. You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service. You thrive in a front‐facing role where you are actively involved in supporting residents and helping maintain a welcoming and well‐run community. You are comfortable managing a range of administrative and operational tasks and take pride in creating positive experiences for residents and visitors alike.
