What You Will Be Doing
* Assisting the C&E Sales Manager with proposals, contracts, and event planning
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration and client enquiries
* Preparing accurate documentation and event details with strong attention to detail
* Coordinating event logistics and liaising with hotel operations teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
* Building your skills in client service and sales by working alongside experienced professionals
Your Experience and Skills Include
* A strong interest in events, hospitality, or sales, with a desire to grow your career in this field
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or hospitality (desirable but not essential)
