We are recruiting a permanent fulltimeCommercial Finance Manager- ANZto join our friendly and professional finance team based at our APAC Northgate head Office to partner and advise our Sales and Marketing teams. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance- APAC, this key appointment will influence optimised business profitability by leading, developing and influencing our 'fuel for growth' strategy through delivery of financial and commercial insights to enable informed business decisions. Key outcomes will include the effective management of budgets, targets and forecasting. Key Responsibilities: Apply continuous improvement to our data tools /processes to provide insightful recommendations to our commercial teams via extensive analysis across Price, Promotion, Assortment and Trade Terms. Generate market insights to support revenue strategy and other business strategic initiatives Supporting the business to deliver on the Commercial Strategy via Gross to Net plan, including but not limited to product and promotional mix, promotional efficiency, price increase opportunities and pack price architecture, whilst ensuring a profitable outcome for both Metagenics and our customers Partner effectively across functions (Finance, Sales, Category and Marketing) to drive pricing and promotion insights for the business Identify and promote customer/revenue growth opportunities through improving existing strategies and highlighting new engagement initiatives Work with the business to understand and assess ROI on investment decisions. Review, analyse and make recommendations in relation to business results - costs, budgets and operating policies. Develop and track KPIs that are anchored to group/market strategies and must-win-battles, e.g. distributions, rate of sales, profitability, ROI, relative price, customer/portfolio profitability Support Sales operations of the region with regards to target setting, performance measurement and the assessment of joint business plans with key customers.
