The People and Culture Advisor, Employee Relations role plays a pivotal part in the organisational strategy, focusing on strategic and operational programs and services that support staff objectives.
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide expert guidance and support in navigating employee relations matters, fostering positive workplace relationships, promoting adherence to policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resource principles and practices, particularly in the field of employee relations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field
* At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in ER, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices
* An understanding of the principles of interpretation and application of legislation, industrial instruments and policy
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, offering a dynamic and challenging opportunity to contribute to the success of the organisation.
Benefits
The remuneration package includes a salary range of $89,369 - $107,690 per annum, plus employer superannuation contributions.
