Job Overview

The successful applicant should possess at least 5 years' leadership experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in energy, utilities or construction environments. They must also demonstrate strong communication skills, commercial acumen and process improvement abilities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, mentoring and developing the Customer Service team to deliver outstanding service results
* Overseeing customer inquiries ranging from installation bookings and government rebate claims to troubleshooting solar, battery and hot water issues
* Supporting trades and contractors to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Driving process improvements and implementing strategies to boost customer engagement
* Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
