About the Role
This exciting opportunity is to partner with a leading fintech company as a seasoned recruiter. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on hiring experienced professionals across technology and risk & control domains.
You will work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies that attract top talent in the market.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, negotiating, and closing.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external sourcing partners.
* Develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates.
* Use data and insights to improve hiring outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
* Provide coaching and guidance on recruitment best practices.
* Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within financial services, tech, or professional services.
* Familiarity with technology and control-related roles is a plus.
* Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
* Proficient in tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel.
