**About the Role**
As an executive assistant with Canon Group Oceania you will be supporting the Directors for Technology & Operations, and Corporate Services and will play an important role in the smooth running of their working week.
**Scope of the role includes**:
- Assist the Directors for Technology & Operations, and Corporate Services by
- Managing diaries and calendars
- Managing travel requirements
- Provide administrative support including
- Organising team meetings, business unit town halls, and team events
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations
- Manage team documentation and MS Teams sites
- Act as a key co-ordination point for the business units
- Processing invoices and expense claims
- Coordinate third party suppliers as required
- Assistthe direct reports of the Directors as required
**About you**
You bring a wealth of experience as an executive assistant to the role, and you know how to combine your organisation, problem solving skills and eye for detail to deliver a really great experience for our internal and external stakeholders. You understand the importance of confidentiality and you thrive in a professional and friendly corporate environment where your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will see you thrive. Previous experience in providing support to multiple executives concurrently along with experience with Concur or similar expense management systems will be highly regarded.
**Key Skills & Experience include;**
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience in expense management
- High attention to detail
- Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
