What you'll be doing
* Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers

* Keeping the store tidy and well-organised, ensuring a positive shopping experience
* Handling cash and card transactions accurately
* Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed in an appealing manner
* Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets

* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the hardware or tools industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
