Enterprise Systems Expert
We are seeking an IT specialist with expertise in Microsoft Enterprise systems administration to join our team.
* Provide advanced support for maintaining large-scale enterprise environments across the globe.
* Manage complex Windows and Linux workstation environments on virtual and physical platforms.
* Troubleshoot application functionality, crash, and performance issues.
* Investigate user performance and collaborate with external teams to enhance user experience.
* Assist customers with incident resolution for Linux and Windows applications.
* Offer remote desktop support.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with short-term and long-term solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience and knowledge in:
* Active Directory Administration.
* DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP.
* Windows Server Operating System.
* Application Troubleshooting such as Office Suite, JAVA, Internet Explorer.
* Linux Operating System.
* Understanding of ticketing processes.
* IT Service Management frameworks.
