Description
Be the final quality checkpoint before our product leaves site. As Quality Assurance Assistant, you'll complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and manage plant health documentation to help ensure every dispatch meets customer specs, traceability and compliance requirements. We have two roles available: one based in Warragul and one based in Tatura.
What you will be doing and delivering
In this role, you will:
* Complete PDIs prior to dispatch to confirm product meets customer and internal specifications
* Record results accurately and escalate non-conformances promptly (holds/rework as directed)
* Support traceability by capturing correct product/lot/label details in records
* Prepare and maintain plant health documentation required for dispatch/market/customer needs
* Ensure documents are accurate, complete, issued on time and stored in line with record-keeping requirements
What you will bring to the role
* Strong attention to detail and confidence with paperwork/records
* Clear communication and the ability to escalate issues quickly and appropriately
* Comfort working across varied environments (including warm/humid areas and occasional cool rooms)
* Ability to work with prolonged periods of sitting/standing and repetitive computer tasks
