Job Description:


About the Role

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Safety Advisors to join our team and support our existing and upcoming projects in the North West of WA.

This role is a full-time position with a 2:1 (14 days on/7 days off) FIFO Roster, based in the Pilbara. You will collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure compliance with DTI policies and statutory responsibilities across multiple projects.


Key Responsibilities

* Support operations to execute DTI and client HSE initiatives.
* Implement DTI HSE policies, procedures, & standards through training, coaching, and communication.
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities and assist with solutions.
* Coach and support managers to develop and review HSE management plans and risk registers.
* Manage sub-contractor requirements including SWMS, ATWPs, inductions, pre-starts, and compliance with HSEMPs.
* Promote a positive health and safety culture with management and staff.


About You

* Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role within Tier 1 construction, preferably with WA resource clients.
* Ability to evaluate information quickly and make practical judgments.
* Ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and be innovative.
* Certificate IV Training and Assessing or similar (desirable).
* Lead ICAM Incident Investigation or similar (required).
