The Opportunity


This is a senior Index Sales Specialist role focused on the Superannuation and Insurance client segment in Australia. You will lead strategic relationships across key asset-owner accounts, working with investment, portfolio, strategy and data teams to deepen adoption of index, benchmark and analytics solutions.

The role blends senior client coverage, commercial deal execution, consultative solution development and index methodology engagement, partnering closely with regional colleagues, product and engineering teams across Asia-Pacific.


Key Responsibilities

* Build and manage senior-level relationships across major superannuation funds and insurers
* Lead index-related discussions covering methodology, portfolio application and product development needs
* Identify new opportunities, expand wallet share and drive commercial outcomes across strategic accounts
* Guide clients through the full sales process including pricing and contractual discussions
* Collaborate internally across product, engineering and regional sales to deliver client-led solutions
* Represent client insights back into product strategy and roadmap initiatives


About You

* 7+ years' experience working with or selling to Superannuation and/or Insurance institutions in Australia
* Strong network and credibility engaging with asset-owner stakeholders at senior levels
* Experience in index, benchmark, analytics, data or enterprise-workflow solutions
* Commercially sharp with a track record of growing complex client relationships
* Confident discussing investment methodology, portfolio use-cases and solution design
* Self-starter, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment
