Role
* Plan and coordinate maintenance of all Beta Hunt's mining equipment and infrastructure.
* Develop maintenance strategies, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance of all mobile and fixed plant equipment.
* Collaborate with Senior Maintenance Planners to safely, efficiently, and cost‐effectively maintain all assets.
* Organise schedules/work orders for the entire maintenance team (mobile maintenance, fixed plant, electrical assets).
* Organise parts and labour needed for future works, contractor labour and offsite repairs to minimise disruption to mining operations.
* Analyse risk of equipment failure, undertake performance measurement and ensure maintenance costs remain low.
Requirements
* Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence.
* Valid and relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licences.
* Minimum 5 years' mechanical maintenance experience in an underground mining environment.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Maintenance Planner role or similar.
* Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desired).
* Proficient computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite.
* Strong experience controlling maintenance costs and expenses.
* Can‐do, team‐oriented attitude.
* Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment.
* Solid problem‐solving skills, adaptable and able to think on your feet.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
