The Opportunity
In this position, the Senior National Scheduler will ensure orthopaedic loan kit bookings are accurately processed, scheduled, allocated, delivered on‑time, and collected/returned for our Operations team in Australia & New Zeland.
It is vital that this role is performed with a strong focus on the patient. What you do in this role and how well it is done will have an impact on a patient’s surgery.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated strengths in planning and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and competing priorities
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment
- Solid proficiency working with SAP
- Experience within healthcare, operations or manufacturing would be highly regarded

- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
