This is a fantastic yet rewarding opportunity to get exposure within the Federal Government space in a permanent capacity.In this role you will be tasked with carrying out the following key responsibilitiesMonitor and manage IT services across customer environments—including systems, applications, networks, alerts, and events—ensuring swift detection and response.Escalate incidents via ServiceNowEngage in proactive and reactive incident management, and log infrastructure events.Create early alerts to prevent issues, determine when incidents should be raised, and support incident resolution in collaboration with various teams.Coordinate application maintenance page updates across the environment, monitor environments against thresholdsParticipate on the On-call roster to provide after hours deployment and support when neededSupport Enterprise Service Management service providers with ITSM and SIAM processes, identify system health thresholds, and drive continuous improvementOnboard and offboard users within the EOCFor this role we are seeking someone who possesses the following skills, qualifications and experience:1-2 years experience working within a IT Support customer facing roleBaseline Security clearanceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and the ability to create in-depth documentationExperience using monitoring systems dashboards such as SplunkStrong understanding of IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNowExperience with Incident management, monitoring and event managementBenefits of working with our customer include18 weeks paid parental leaveLong & short-term career break opportunitiesStructured career development programLocal and international career opportunities.Top 3 of last year's Diversity & Inclusion Index
