We are looking for a junior office allrounder to join our small team at Somerzby. We are an ecommerce business who sell pet products online. We have been operating for over 15 years and have high staff retention rates.
Our working hours are 8:30‑4:30 Monday‑Thursday and 8:30‑4:00 Friday. We are a non‑smoking workplace.
This role will be starting in early January 2026.
Duties
You will be an integral part of our team, helping with day‑to‑day office operations and customer support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Customer service: Answering phones, emails, online chat, click & collect orders, social media messages.
* Dispatching orders: Data entry to create freight labels, coordinating with our warehouse team plus freight companies, preparing orders in a timely manner.
* General office duties: Shredding, maintaining a tidy kitchen area, providing ad‑hoc assistance to other office staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will:

* Be confident dealing with a variety of stakeholders (including freight staff and agencies that assist us with advertising).
* Have reliable transportation. We are in an industrial area with no public transport.
