The Company
Our client is a leading company in the environmental services industry, providing innovative and sustainable solutions to clients across a range of sectors. The company works with clients in industries such as oil and gas, mining, construction, and manufacturing, as well as government agencies and municipalities. Our client is seeking an ambitious, resilient and a go-getter individual who has exceptionally strong finance business partner and management accountant background.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager and CFO, your duties include (but not limited to):
- Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Coordinating and preparing monthly financial and operating reports
- Preparing operating profit and cash forecasts
- Analyzing supply chain processes
- Strategic decision making around logistics and stock control
- Managing SymPro costing system
- Liaising with Project managers to analyze actuals to budget
- Weekly creditor payment runs
- Creating and managing the budget
- Other Ad hoc projects and tasks
The Successful Application
- Fully CA/CPA qualified
- Prior Experience in industrial services, engineering and construction is ESSENTIAL
- MUST HAVE a logistics and stock control background
- System Integration Skills
- Excellent business partnering, stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong budgeting, planning, forecasting and analysis skills
- Be an ambitious, self-starter with a strong, long-term vision
- Able to thrive in both independent and team environments
