We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager – Coronary and Renal Denervation to join our team.
The Role
This is a highly regarded position that requires a motivated individual to lead our efforts in Victoria, focusing on Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN). As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to meet sales and market share objectives, supporting patients with innovative treatments for conditions like Coronary Artery Disease and hypertension.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales revenue and market share targets by promoting RDN products to key healthcare professionals.
* Provide clinical and technical support, ensuring optimal use of our systems in hybrid theatres and cath labs.
* Manage territory effectively, including inventory, case support, and administrative tasks.
* Lead quarterly business reviews and build relationships with hospital stakeholders and influencers.
* Support educational initiatives and assist in product presentations.
* Monitor inventory levels, manage expiring stock, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Science, Business, or related field.
* At least 3 years of sales experience in healthcare, devices, or pharma.
* Cardiac catheter lab experience is highly regarded.
* Strong clinical, technical, and account management knowledge.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license.
