Job Title: Chief Design Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the design of aircraft components to ensure they meet safety and performance standards

* Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
Required Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Electrical/Electronic (Avionics) Engineering
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and project management capabilities
* Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
* Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) highly regarded for structural roles
